A member asked:

Per pcp, i have a low ldl levels so i shouldnt worry about heart disease and stated that my heart disease is due to stress. could this be right?

Possibly...: At age 27, you are probably at low risk for coronary disease, but LDL levels are only one of many risk factors for heart disease. Other factors include high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, family history of heart disease, sedentary lifestyle, and smoking. Stress can contribute to these risk factors and should be discussed with your PCP.
