I'm not entirely: sure what your question is but I presume you want to know if you must abide by the recommendation of "no sex for 4 weeks." I understand you are 21, and that it might be challenging to abstain for a month, but I think that is the best decision even if you are healing very well. You could consider contacting your surgeon, and checking with him/her, but short of that, I would wait the 4 weeks:)
