I've been diagnosed with enlarged prostate and read that green tea can somewhat help, but doesn't green tea have caffeine which could bother prostate?

Yes and no: Green tea has a small amount of caffein but it is balanced by the calming nutrients in green tea. There is not enough caffein in green tea to increase prostate size. What increases prostate at your early age is exposure to hormones in foods that you eat especially non-grass fed and hormone free meats.
