Either of these: medical providers can begin your careful and competent evaluation for pelvic pain. The initial evaluation is straight-forward and includes a careful history and physical evaluation, possibly some lab tests and imaging such as ultrasound. It partially depends on the level of confidence you have in your PCP...if you have a good relationship with her/him, I would start there. Good wishes:)
