My 4 yrs old son & 3 yrs old daughter when get bitten by mosquitoes my son's skin swells up multiple folds more. is there a medical reason for this?

Allergic?: He might have an allergy to mosquito bites and gets a worse reaction. Try to avoid them by using repellent. If already present may use Benadryl if it itches a lot.

Allergy: They are reacting to venom in insect bite. Use insect repellant to avoid insect bite .Antihistamines can be given if they get bitten.
