It's possible : We generally advise women that while breastfeeding might reduce the chances of ovulation (egg production) it's not a reliable contraceptive method-so pregnancy is possible

Potentially pregnant: Ovulation occurs without a preceding menstrual period. While breast feeding does suppress ovulation, there is no guarantee it won't happen out of the blue. If there are signs of a pregnancy, a urine test will tell.
