I got my first postpartum period at 9 month postpartum. its very light & brown in color. could first postpartum period be this light & brown or should i take pregnancy test? im still breastfeeding & using a condom except for one night, 2 weeks ago?

Take pregnancy test.: I would suggest taking the pregnancy test if this may help ease your mind. It is not unusual that your menstrual cycles may be irregular. I would not rely on breastfeeding or condoms for contraception. A follow up with your OB physician or PCP is suggested.
