Maybe not yeast: Not all genital area rashes are caused by yeast. Certain bacteria and non-yeast fungal infections also are common. So are various kinds of dermatitis other than infection. Whatever you have, I doubt "boric water" will help. See a doctor for proper diagnosis, preferably a dermatologist. Google "genital rash photos" for examples of the many possible conditions.
