No immediate danger: you should be ok. If ou begin to feel light headed or faint get in to ER as soon as possible. And drink lots of water

Explanation : It should be safe, because maximum dose 375 mg. But please be careful next time. Once a day quiet enough.

Nothing to worry: if you have not had any symptoms then you should be fine. One extra dose will not hurt
