Call doctor NOW!: If you think you are having complications from that surgery, you need to be seen immediately. I would call, and if you don't get through, go to an emergency room. There can be complications of surgery like 'abscesses' that occur somewhere near the operation site. If you have fevers and a lot of pain, I'm suspicious for that and it needs urgent evaluation. Please see a doctor ASAP!
