I had a hysterectomy a month ago. and i had a small cut by my c-section scar. it is now bleeding and it's red and swollen. what can/should i do?

You should contact your doctor for advice. What you described suggests a local infection. You may apply triple antibiotic cream, available over the counter, to the wound while waiting to reach your doctor. Wish you good health!
