Go to doctor: Anything that bothers you this much should be worked up. You should see your doctor so at least some blood test, some xr and other tests can be done to find out why is wrong with you. Ot is either a pleuritic chest pain or nerve pain from muscle stretch but the tightness in breathing should not be there unless it is from the pain. Still you need to be examined. Good luck.
