Exam needed: This lesion will have to be inspected by a physician or dermatologist in order to make a diagnosis. Possibilities include a wen or inclusion cyst, an arthritic spur with overlying scaling of skin , a blood blister or even a melanoma.

Finger nodule: May be eczema, molluscum contagiosum rarely merkels cell ca or melanoma Any lesion lastign > 1 month should be evaluated by a dermatologist
