Possibly: This could be yeast infection even without the itch especially since you just finished antibiotics. See a doctor for an exam to be sure.

Still probably yeast: The timing with antibiotics and your symptoms still suggest yeast infection, which doesn't necessarily itch. If there are open sores or you might azve been exposed to herpes, that might be a possibility; or allergy to something (vaginal cream, spermicide, latex condom, etc). If herpes is unlikely, maybe try an OTC "azole" vaginal cream and see your doctor if it doesn't respond to treatment.
