Slight pain start in lower right side then felt like tight feeling of pain in pelvis area down close to privates. could it be gas or something else?

Urinary tract prob: like a stone passing in the ureter can cause pain radiating to the groin
inguinal hernia which is a weakness in the supporting tissues and muscles near the pelvis is another possibility
an ovarian problem can give similar symptom but less likely

RLQ pain: Could be a number of things: nerve irritation ( pudendal nerve from sicatica) ,ovarian dysfunction/pathology- cysts, masses, UTI ( bladder infection), ileitis-bowel, but if it is severe could be appendicitis. Therefore would follow up with doc/urgent care and be checked out today
