Urinary tract prob: like a stone passing in the ureter can cause pain radiating to the groin inguinal hernia which is a weakness in the supporting tissues and muscles near the pelvis is another possibility an ovarian problem can give similar symptom but less likely

RLQ pain: Could be a number of things: nerve irritation ( pudendal nerve from sicatica) ,ovarian dysfunction/pathology- cysts, masses, UTI ( bladder infection), ileitis-bowel, but if it is severe could be appendicitis. Therefore would follow up with doc/urgent care and be checked out today
