Brief pain: Pain in the lower abdomen radiating toward the groin often is due to a stone in the ureter which may then drop into the urinary bladder. Your symptom was so brief and unaccompanied by urinary symptoms that a stone is unlikely. It could have been some transient pelvic symptom. If it recurs see your physician or gynecologist for evaluation.
