Depends: If this is a radio sensitive lung cancer such as oat / small cell consider treatment with the possibility of a fairly good survival for maybe even a year. If not I would get with the folks in hospice and finish up business for this life. Best wishes. I am glad you realize the situation and thanks for asking.
