What to expect with brain cancer that has 35+ tumors and 3 in the spinal fluid.

Very poor prognosis: This sounds likely widely metastasized brain tumor. It sounds as though it is end stage. There is no surgery for this. Whole brain and whole spinal radiation with or without chemotherapy is what is recommended.
