Should help: Wellbutrin should help with anxiety and should reduce nicotine withdrawals. However medications effect each person differently, Hopefully it will have the right effect for you

Yes and no: Wellbutrin is good for smoking cessation. If the anxiety is from nicotine withdrawal it should help. If the anxiety is a separate component Wellbutrin may not be the best medicine for that. Wellbutrin should help with nicotine withdrawal symptom.
