Could be serious: "Long-acting beta2-adrenergic agonists (LABAs), such as formoterol, one of the active ingredients in mometasone/formoterol (Dulera), increase the risk of asthma-related death." Also, the possibility of a pneumothorax, pulmonary embolus, or early pneumonia need to be considered. Unusual to see the sudden onset of pain + coughing. See your physician or go to an urgent care or ER for evaluation.
