Might be related: Abdominal pain is an occasional symptom with strep throat/disease.It can be triggered by various toxic chemicals created by the strep. Some people (5-30%) can carry strep without getting ill,so your belly pain may be unrelated."Carriers" generally don't get sick with strep but typical office tests will usually be positive. If you don't have throat symptoms,I wonder if the pain is something else
