Ear pressure: It could be fluid from your sinuses putting pressure on your eardrum from the inside. Try a netti pot or saline sinus rinse to help get the fluid out of your sinuses to relieve the pressure from behind your ear. Follow the instructions on the packaging (you can find at any pharmacy over the counter) at least twice a day. Even if you don't feel like there is fluid in your sinuses, try this.
