Normal: The oils in spicy foods may stay in your intestines and burn down below just at they initially burn in your mouth. To support a healthy bowel, make sure you have enough fluids and fiber in your diet to have daily bowel movements. Have your doctor check for internal ulcers or hemorrhoids if you see blood.
