It really burns when i have bowel movements, what could be wrong?

Is the "it": The surface and does the burning continue as yoou wipe/clean? Or is it inside. External can be hemorrhoid, anal fissures, and this is best done at you pcp or urgent care to see if exam finds the cause or you need internal "look".
