Probably ok: That is a fairly low dose of Zoloft, so probably no withdrawal side effects. I find that recurrence of the paic attacks is less likely if the pt tapers off--for example --every other day for 4 doses then every third day for 4 doses, then off

Consider taper: Most likely symptoms include worsening of anxiety (especially if zoloft had been effective in treating those symptoms). Other general withdrawal symptoms include: dizziness, nausea, stomach cramps, sweating. tingling - sometimes people describe antidepressant withdrawal as feeling like they have the flu. If you experience any of these, do a gradual taper rather than abrupt discontinuation.
