A Few Possibilities: Within the bladder of women there is commonly a whitish lining on the base. This is known as non-keratinizing squamous metaplasia, and it is harmless. However, it usually doesn't appear as 'balls'. If you have had chronic bladder irritation, it could be nephrogenic adenomata, a form of metaplasia that is benign. The best answer is to ask your urologist to write down what it was.
