Usual inflammation: For the most part gastric Ca unusual in20 y.o. More commonly one finds ulcer and depending on extent of inflammatory changes and site many of the complaints due to Helicobacter p. can make the stomach feel hard or painful when squeezing. Upper GI or gastroscopy needed to clearly define and treat.
