i have had a hard lump on the mid stomach area for a bout a year and its gradually gotten bigger and more painful ican see it when ii am laying down?

Stomach lump: May be ventral hernia, or mass, lipoma( they are usually soft) or other .or could be a pregnant uterus. Would go and have it checked out this week at urgent care/ doctor may need sonogam or Ct if not pregnant
