i am having severe upper stomach pain, right above my belly button.. this happens when i stand up, and/or move. it's fine when i'm laying down?

Hard to say: Without knowing your medical history, medication use, etc. its hard to pinpoint cause. May be GI (stomach, intestinal, appendix or any of the organs in abdomen issues), Gyn (ovaries), muscular. May due to food or liquid you ingested. May be a serious issue or benign. If it is severe pain , better to seek immediate medical attention. Don't wait.
