Get some help now!: Abdominal pain is never normal, & "SEVERE" pain even less so. Lots of things cause abdominal pain--see earlier HealthTap answers on the subject to better appreciate the importance of early and accurate diagnosis. When pain is as severe as you report, don't delay in seeking evaluation & getting treated, now PLEASE.
