Condoms, abstain ...: There may be a free clinic in your area. Otherwise abstaining from sex is the safest option. You could just use condoms but they have fairly high failure rate. In the future you may want o consider an implantable contraceptive so that you do not have this problem.

Call your MD: Call your treating MD and have him/her call out to the pharmacy a replacement pack of pills for you after the above explanation.
