Most Probably: maximum dose of Naprosyn is 500mgm every 12 hrs.We don't know your age.Only thing you have to watch is any pain in upper abdomen.nausea&vomiting due to irritation of stomach.And depending on your age it may or may not affect your kidneys as long as your kidney functions are normal. In all probabilities you will be alright but don't take Naprosyn for next 24 hours and if upset stomach take Prilosec
