I've had chronic cough for 4 months and just been diagnosed with acid reflux, i taste blood and get dizzy and sometimes throw up. the cough has been bad for 2 weeks now.i am just wondering why.

Mgt: Your reflux is not under good control, adding additional medications may be needed. I would also suggest that you have a chest radiograph, TB test and pulmonary function testing. If you have any nasal congestion, a saline rinse and nasal steroids may be added.
