Appendicitis: Appendicitis is an infection of the appendix, a tube like structure on the right colon. Typical symptoms are pain in the right lower abdomen especially with movement, loss of appetite/nausea. Not everyone exhibits the "textbook symptoms". If you are having pain in your right lower abdomen, I suggest being seen ASAP. More info here: http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/appendicitis/basi

See below : Appendicitis usually presents as mid-abdominal pain rapidly moving to the right lower abdomen associated with nausea and vomiting, loss of appetite and fever. It is an acute illness that demands attention and rarely lasts more than a day as the pain brings the patient to the ER, any delay may result in perforation of the appendix which can be very serious and potentially lethal. ** See your doctor

Maybe but: what you describe is not typical. Since you have seen a couple of doctors, it is clearly not the acute type. You should have a full workup. Other things to consider are bowel disease and ovarian disease.
