I am 46 years, i had total thyroidectomy 6 years ago, i-131 therapy done. i am taking thyroxine sodium.after1 month gap on ts, my tsh is 4.60. ?

Residual thyroid: If your TSH was 4.6 after being off thyroid hormone for 1 month, it is very likely that you have residual thyroid tissue that is making thyroid hormone. A thyroid ultrasound would be helpful to assess this.
