Not bad: you have rhinitis, which is inflammation of the nasal passages, can be due to several reasons, allergy is one of them, but not necessarily your case. Saline nasal washes would definitely help together with OTC second generation antihistamine at night, as loratadine, cetirizine or fexofenadine, if after few days you still suffer see your primary doctor for evaluation, best wishes
