Not Related: Stomach virus can cause abdominal pain,nausea&vomiting,and or diarrhea but will not cause swelling above the tail bone and that should be checked by the doctor who is treating her.We don't know how old is your daughter and what hr symptoms are.If the doctor who checked her saw the swelling above the tail bone.What did he/she say about it.If not it should be checked
