See doctor: Most people would know if they put anything accidently into nose . If there is no such history then there could be pimple or nasal polyp . Please see doctor for examination.

Get an exam: You might just have an allergy which can cause a tickle or itch. However, if you are stuffy and have reduced sense of smell you could have a benign cyst called a nasal polyp. Get your nose examined.
