There is a small swell inside my left nose .. and if i close the right one .. i feel diffecult to take breath .. is it nornal or not?

No: Airway obstruction in the nose is not normal. If it has been there a long time then it may be a structural problem like a deviated septum. If it is new, then it could be an infection (especially if it is painful) our a growth.
