Tiered: Take some sugary drink And rest. This can occur because of low blood sugars because of exercise.

Rest and watch: Either you are too tired or coming up with some kind of infection like a virus.I will advice you rest and do not do any strenuous physical activity like swimming etc for at least next 24 hours.If any other symptoms like fever,headache,cough,runny nose etc,then see your doctor
