In just under 3 days i have taken, 12 paracetamol, 16 ibuprofen, 16 codeine and 12 amoxicillin tables. due to an abscess on my tooth. should i be ok?

No: You maybe okay right now but soon the effect of the medicine will wear off and the abscess / pain will return. You need to see your dentist asap so they can figure out the source of infection and treat it properly.
