It's possible: Feeling fullness doesn't usually happen after cleaning out ear wax, so it's likely that there was a little liquid left behind from the cleaning. Also you may have pushed some wax down close to the ear drum. Both should clear in a day or two. If the ears start hurting, go to your doctor to have him/her look to be sure there is not any infection. You might also have, by chance, started a cold.

Yes, but...: They may feel full because they're NOT really cleaned out. When we clean our own ears with a Q-tip, we tend to push a lot of wax deeper into the ear canal, against the eardrum. This can cause a feeling of fullness.
