As long as heart: Ruled out, there are a number of things that can cause pain there, including referred pain from impingement syndrome (although rare). More likely it is related to costochondritis or intercostal neuralgia. Since heart is ruled out here, see a pain physician. If it is these, a simple injection could help. I hope that helps!
