Sore to touch pain on side of breast below armpit. thought it was bra wire but it's not. nothing swollen or red?

Exam needed: If this tender area in your breast persists,I recommend a breast and armpit evaluation by your physician,gynecologist or a breast surgeon even in the absence of redness, swelling or a palpable lump. There could be a localised area of mastitis or a blocked duct. It is not unusual to have breast tenderness around your period time, but this doesn't appear to be the cause of your symptom.
