Inflammation: Can be signs of infection or colitis. You are 18 and the areas are skipped so Crohn's colitis would be of concern or ulcerative colitis. Your GI doctor likely did biopsies on the sites and that will be very helpful. Make sure you see him or he'r for recheck.
