Not seizure episode?: Based on your reports of the ""Anaphylaxis side effect", it appears to be a postictal state that patient usually experience right after their seizure episode. I would recommend you go to see a neurologist to rule out seizure disorder instead of ""Anaphylaxis".

Unless you were out: (unconscious) from anaphylaxis, it seems extremely unlikely that you would have any prolonged side effects. Of course you can find reports of almost anything online, but that doesn't mean it was from the anaphylaxis. If you are concerned about such symptoms in yourself, you should see a clinician to get an examination and a real diagnosis. Good luck!
