See pediatrician: Full term 14 month baby can sit and stand without support - but not always walking w/o support. Prematurity needs to be considered in developmental milestones. 30 weeks is 10 weeks premature -according that your baby is about " less than 11 months biologically. See your pediatrician - make sure of nutrition ( breast milk best) , vitamin D supplement , and neurologic exam to assure development.
