I am extremely concerned about a bruise on my baby's leg. i am with her 24/7 and haven't heard her cry or seen her hit anything. should i be concerned?

How old is she?: In a newborn this could be a concern. In a crawler or new walker a bruise can occur without any obvious distress as they eagerly explore their world. If there is only this single bruise on a leg in an otherwise happy, healthy baby, i wouldn't worry. If large or multiple bruises are appearing or the child seems ill or listless, she should be examined.

Yes. Get her checked: It may not be what you think. It may be a bruise, but it also may be something either more or less worrisome. The only way to know is to have your pediatrician take a look.
