Severity of pain: If the pain is severe and there is accompanying nausea,vomiting,and/or fever I would see your doctor or go to Urgent Care or and ER as soon as possible to rule out appendicitis which will need urgent surgery. If the pain is mild with the bloating,it could be something such as gas in your colon causing discomfort,or constipation can cause this as well.Increased fiber or probiotics can help these.

Hard to say: Hard to say without seeing you in person. You may have something as simple as constipation. If you have severe pain, fever, or unremitting symptoms see a doctor.

Appendix: If the pain came on suddenly and is not getting better then it is possibly your appendix. This is a serious condition and you should be checked by your doctor or the ER.
