What to do if i have a fairly large lump on the side of my neck. the ultrasound showed a small lymph node. what now?

Watchfully wait: Most enlarged lymph nodes are reactive, meaning they enlarge in response to nearby infection or inflammation. A reactive lymph node should gradually decrease in size and return to normal within one to two weeks. If it doesn't, you should follow up with your doctor.
